In 2015, a client who\u2019d suffered a stroke 4.8 years earlier reached out after his recovery stalled for 2.8 years. We acknowledged that hypnotherapy for stroke was uncharted territory, so I consulted top therapists worldwide. Together, we developed an approach based on similar therapies. We made no promises, but the results were remarkable: rapid improvement marked the beginning of hypnotherapy\u2019s use for stroke recovery.<\/p>

In July 2016, I conducted my first Skype session for stroke recovery with a client 8,300 miles away. Despite the distance, the results met expectations. Although I couldn\u2019t physically measure strength, we found suitable alternatives. Accurate feedback accelerated recovery.<\/p>
