Our first session will start with the taking of a detailed client record to understand the client and their problem. I will explain to you how we work together to ensure that you are entirely comfortable about the process of our session.
During the session be open and honest about your feelings. A lot will be going through your head in this first session. Listen to your own reactions and feelings, and share them with me.
Clients go to Lazzaro for problems related to depression, anxiety, addictions, trauma, abuse, stress, fears, phobias, self confidence and other personal issues.
At your first appointment at my office, I need to hear your case without restrictions of time, I don’t like to rush or do things in a hurry. Your well-being is very important to me and for this reason the length for the first session is around 1:30 minutes. Sessions may vary in length.
Some problems might be dealt with in a single session but more commonly take several, depending on their complexity of your case.
The fallowing session is approximately “45 minutes”, to “1 hour
A session will normally expect to see some beneficial change in the client after the first appointment.
